Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using RhemaAI, a product of OrientMe Tecnologia Ltda. (“OrientMe”, “we” or “us”), you (“User”) agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OrientMe.
2. Description of service
RhemaAI is a sermon preparation and pastoral content assistance platform that uses generative artificial intelligence to help preachers, pastors and Christian leaders structure, develop and refine messages. The service includes, but is not limited to:
- AI-assisted generation of sermon outlines and texts
- Homiletical structure suggestions and theological support
- Pastoral productivity resources
- A public blog with articles on preaching and ministry
RhemaAI is a support tool. The User is entirely responsible for the final content of any messages preached or published.
3. Registration and eligibility
To access the full features of the platform, you must create an account. By registering, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or if a minor, have the express consent of a parent or legal guardian
- The information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You will immediately notify OrientMe of any unauthorized use of your account
OrientMe reserves the right to refuse registrations or terminate accounts at its discretion, particularly in the event of a violation of these Terms.
4. Plans, payments and cancellation
4.1 Plans
RhemaAI offers free and paid plans. Details of features and limits for each plan are described on the pricing page.
4.2 Payments
Payments for paid plans are processed by Stripe Inc., a secure payment platform. By providing payment details, you authorize OrientMe to charge the amount corresponding to the selected plan on a recurring basis (monthly or annual), as chosen.
4.3 Automatic renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled by the User beforehand.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Access to paid features remains active until the end of the already-paid period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused periods, except where required by law.
4.5 Price changes
OrientMe may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice by email. Continuing to use the service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new prices.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use RhemaAI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Using the service to generate illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, pornographic or violence-inciting content
- Attempting to access systems, accounts or data of other users without authorization
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to extract the source code of the platform
- Automating access to the service (scraping, bots) without prior written authorization from OrientMe
- Reselling, sublicensing or otherwise commercializing access to the service
- Using the platform to create competing services
- Transmitting viruses, malware or any malicious code
- Infringing third-party intellectual property rights
OrientMe may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prejudice to applicable legal action.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 Platform
All rights to the RhemaAI platform, including software, design, brand, logos, texts and editorial content, are the exclusive property of OrientMe or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right over the platform to the User.
6.2 Generated content
Content generated with RhemaAI's assistance based on the User's inputs belongs to the User, subject to the limitations in section 7 below. OrientMe does not claim copyright over outputs generated for the User.
7. User-generated content
By entering content into the platform (texts, questions, references), the User grants OrientMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and sublicensable license to use, reproduce and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
The User represents that they have all necessary rights over the content entered and that such content does not infringe third-party rights.
OrientMe is not responsible for the theological, doctrinal or factual accuracy of AI-generated content. The User must critically review all content before using it in a ministerial context.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Brazilian law:
- The service is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors
- OrientMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service
- OrientMe's total liability to the User for any cause shall not exceed the amounts paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or violations of consumer rights under Brazilian consumer law.
9. Termination
The User may close their account at any time through the settings panel or by contacting support.
OrientMe may terminate or suspend the User's access immediately, with or without notice, in the event of:
- Material violation of these Terms
- Payment default
- Legal or judicial requirement
- Product discontinuation (with at least 30 days' prior notice)
After account closure, User data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Modifications
OrientMe may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or prominent notice on the platform with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction.
